How long will it take to receive your order once shipped?
Domestic Shipping: Processing can vary and take longer than expected in times of high volume. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. If there are any delays due to holidays or weather we will notify our customers.

International Shipping: 10-15 Business days in some cases it may be longer depending on the country. We are NOT responsible for any custom fees your country may charge upon its arrival.
Please be sure to double-check your address before placing your order, as well as after on your confirmation email. If there is an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Delivery: Once packages are dropped at the Post Office and begin tracking we will not be responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen parcels. It is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance in locating the package. We will also help assist you in locating the package.
Returned - Insufficient Address or Unclaimed Packages: Any packages that are returned due to an insufficient address or unclaimed at customs or delivery will be refunded without a shipping charge. If you want your package re-shipped due to insufficient address you will be charged a shipping fee. Please be sure to double-check your address before placing your order, as well as after on your confirmation email.
