We do not offer returns or refunds.

Returns: In special circumstances when returns are honored shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations: We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
How long will it take to receive your order once shipped ?
Domestic Shipping: Processing can vary and take longer than expected in times of high volume. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. If there are any delays due to holidays or weather we are not responsible.
International Shipping: 10-15 Business days in some cases it may be longer depending on the country. We are NOT responsible for any custom fees your country may charge upon its arrival.
Please be sure to double check your address before placing your order, as well as after on your confirmation email. If there is an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a Return To Sender issue.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Delivery: Once packages are dropped at the Post Office and begin tracking I will not be responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered or stolen packages. It is the buyers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance in locating the package.
We do our best to show what your nails will look like in the photos posted. Please understand screens and lighting can affect the way you perceive the colors pictured. All items are pre-designed.
If an order is unable to be processed, or needs to be cancelled we will contact you.
